EDIT #2: I am not quitting the game, I’m just not putting any more money in to the game.

Why should I put my money and likely any more gameplay in to a game that offers support such as what I just went through? Is this the type of support you want to deal with? Is this even support?

Having a feat swap problem with Fred: Issue is on a L20 Ranger character that I just lesser reincarnated. Becauase you can’t apply enhancements until the end of the leveling process, I didn’t realize I lost my arcane archer feats. I swapped out 3 days ago 1 feat that was in error because of this inability in the reincarnation process, so I spent more points (intentional?) to swap the correct feat in (I think it was Point Blank Shot?) and had to wait 3 days to swap out a Toughness feat for Mental Toughness, so I can make this in to an arcane archer again. When I talk to Fred, I have Favored Enemy (with 5 collapsed feats there), Point Blank Shot, Weapon Focus: Ranged Weapons and Toughness. I took Toughness 5 times by my count, only one is listed, and can’t swap one out for Mental Toughness.

I’m quite frustrated by this entire thing and just want to run my archer again.
